4. Payment
All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards. A security deposit may also be required, which will be refunded upon the return of the vehicle in good condition.

5. Vehicle Use
Vehicles rented from Ready Car must be used in accordance with local laws and regulations. You are responsible for any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period. The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving unless specified in the rental agreement.

6. Insurance
We offer optional insurance coverage for your rental. It is highly recommended to consider this option to protect yourself against potential damages or accidents. Please review the insurance options available at the time of booking.

7. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

8. Limitation of Liability
Ready Car is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ready Car operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
